This vast network ensures comprehensive coverage and unparalleled access to expert medical review services across the country. Mobile (on-site) drug screening services are available, and walk-in appointments are welcomed.
Five Panel Drug Screen (Urine) (Oral) (Hair)
- Marijuana (THC): Tetrahydrocannabinol is the psychoactive component found in marijuana, hash, Δ9.
- Cocaine (COC): This includes cocaine and its metabolites, like crack cocaine.
- Amphetamines (AMP): This covers stimulants such as speed and drugs like Adderall used for treating ADHD.
- Opiates (MOP): This category tests for opiates derived from opium, including morphine, heroin, and codeine.
- Phencyclidine (PCP): A hallucinogenic drug, PCP, is also known as Angel Dust.
Ten Panel Drug Screen (Urine)
The ten-panel drug test expands on the five-panel test by including prescription drugs that are commonly abused. All the substances included in the five-panel test, plus:
- Barbiturates (BAR): Sedative-hypnotics like phenobarbital, butalbital, now largely replaced by safer benzodiazepines.
- Benzodiazepines (BZO): Valium, Xanax, Klonopin used for anxiety, management of alcohol withdrawal symptoms.
- Methadone (MTD): A synthetic opioid used for pain management and as part of drug addiction detox programs.
- Ecstasy (MDMA): A synthetic drug that acts as a stimulant and hallucinogen, examples include Ecstacy and Molly.
- Oxycodone (OXY): A semi-synthetic opioid found in drugs like OxyContin, Roxicodone, and Percocet.
Twelve Panel Drug Screen (Urine) (Oral)
The twelve-panel drug test includes all the substances in the ten-panel test, with the addition of:
- Buprenorphine (BUP): A treatment for opioid addiction.
- Methamphetamines (MET): While AMP covers amphetamines, MET specifically screens for methamphetamine use.
Twenty-Two Panel Enhanced Drug Screen (Urine)
The enhanced drug screen panel includes all commonly abused substances in the twelve panel test, with the addition of:
- Synthetic Cannabinoids ( K2): Chemicals that are designed to mimic the effects of THC.
- Hydromorphone (HMO): A potent synthetic opioid medication used primarily in the management of severe pain.
- Ketamine (KET): A medication primarily used for starting and maintaining anesthesia, it induces a trance-like state.
- Fentanyl (FTY): A powerful synthetic opioid analgesic that is similar to morphine but is 50 to 100 times more potent.
- Tramadol (TRA): A synthetic opioid analgesic used to treat moderate to moderately severe pain.
- Kratom (KRA): Used primarily for its stimulant and opioid-like effects.
- Ethyl Glucuronide (EtG): Detected in urine when alcohol is consumed.
- Monoacetylmorphine (MAM): A metabolite of heroin, its presence in a drug test usually indicates recent heroin use.
- Propoxyphene (PPX): A pain reliever that's structurally related to methadone.
- 2-Ethylidene-1, 5-Dimethyl-3, 3-Diphenyl Pyrrolidine (EDDP): The presence can indicate methadone treatment.

For example, our nationwide database search and alias check is excellent for identifying geographically outlying records, records citing maiden names, and verifying Social Security Numbers. The Federal search is also good for identifying any possible criminal history an individual may have had from serving in the military.
